PET GROOMING IN SEVENOAKS
THE 5PM CLUB
The 5pm club is specifically for dogs with behavioural issues such as, aggression, severe anxiety and dogs needing 1-to-1 grooming.
We will provide a minimum of one member of staff who is an experienced groomer specialising in aggressive/anxious dogs. We will build a trusting relationship with your dog to make their grooming experience more positive with hope of getting them into a normal grooming routine.
We treat all dogs as individuals, ensuring we can find and resolve any grooming issues that your dog has. Our promise to your dog is that we will always try our best and we will do whatever is necessary to make their grooming experience as pleasant as possible.
To book into the 5pm club, you will need to give us a call, text or email to explain what behavioural problems your dog has, we will need all previous grooming history and medical history if your dog has had an injury or illness that may affect grooming.
We also like to do a meet and greet so we can see your dog in person before we groom them so we can do a basic health check, check coat condition and see how your dog reacts to being in a grooming environment.
Please note that these appointments are not a one-off and will need to be consistent 4–8-week bookings so that we can start to build a relationship with your dog.
