THE RULES OF THE V.I.P CLUB -
It is absolutely FREE to be a member of the club, there is no sign-up fees or registering anywhere. You might already be in the club, and you don’t even know it!
To be a member of The V.I.P Club, you must rebook appointments every 2 - 8 weeks.
Block book your dogs for the whole year to get the best discounts.
You can change up to 3 appointments per year when block booking.
If you change one appointment, this does NOT set back all other block bookings.
Dogs not booked in for the whole year, but still coming in within the 2–8 week time frame will still get a discount, but at 2.5% less. For instance, every 6 weeks block booked is a 10% discount but if you just book in for every 6 weeks without block booking you will get 7.5% discount.
Bookings made in between the 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks will receive a difference of 2.5% discount. For instance, if you block book every 5 weeks for the whole year you will get a discount of 12.5%. However, if you do not block book but still visit us every 5 weeks, you will get a 10% discount.
